Parking is available exclusively to residents of The Canyon. In order to obtain parking, a separate parking application and prepayment is required.

Vehicles with valid parking stickers are permitted to park in any of our four resident parking lots. They are located at Beaver Hill, Cedarbrook, Diplomat, and Garner Court.

Motorcycles do not require parking permits but are limited to designated parking areas. Please contact the rental office for more information regarding the parking of motorcycles.

There is one loading & unloading zone at Alexander Court, and two loading & unloading zones at Beaver Hill and Cedarbrook.  A maximum time limit of 15 minutes is allowed to residents using these zones. Flashers must be used when in these areas. At all times, parking in all other spaces at Alexander Court is for employees ONLY.

There are several public parking lots within three blocks of our buildings for visitor parking.

You may request maintenance service by calling the Routine Maintenance Line at (814) 234-0674 and leaving a message regarding your apartment building and number with a detailed request for maintenance. A member of our maintenance staff will promptly respond to the request.

Emergency Maintenance

In the case of an emergency, please call our Emergency Maintenance Line. Call this number 24 hours a day, year round. Examples of situations considered to be an emergency are:

  • Fire or smoke
  • No heat in the winter
  • Plumbing leak or sewer stoppage
  • No electricity
  • Gas odor
  • No hot water
  • People stuck in elevator
  • Lockouts (lockout fees will be charged per Resident Handbook)

Please do not use this line to report a non-emergency. Misuse of the Emergency Maintenance Line or requesting non-emergency maintenance requests on the Emergency Line is a direct violation of your lease.
